填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于7个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置；展位费的余额于2024年6月10日前付清，否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。

    在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。
